Bontrager Thermal Knee Warmers review, Road Cycling UK, September 2016 (see here for full review):
"Effective and reliable arm and knee warmers for spring and autumn riding.
They are made from Bontrager's Profila Thermal fabric, which has a soft, fleecy lining which is super comfortable next to the skin and as warm as you'd want when it comes to arm and knee warmers for the shoulder seasons. The thermal fabric does a good job at trapping warmth in, while also remaining breathable enough to wick away unwanted moisture.
On wet rides, the fabric offers a reasonable amount of water resistance. You'll get wet but it takes about an hour or so of continuous rain or spray to soak through the fabric and it still retains a degree of warmth when that does happen. The Profila fabric does a fair job of keeping out wind chill, too, though you'll feel air creeping through on fast descents.
All things considered, Bontrager have done a good job at putting together a set of arm and knee warmers which provide decent protection from typical spring and autumn weather."

Conclusion
Bontrager's Thermal arm and knee warmers may not offer anything ground-breaking or different, but they're very capable and comfortable pieces of kit ideal for bridging the gap between seasons.

Pros
- Warm fabric with a hint of water resistance
- Excellent fit; stay in place well
- Simple, subtle styling

Cons
- Not much to complain about
