Making your Payment
We accept online payment for all orders, both for delivery and for Click and Collect. Our payment provider is Stripe, through which payment can be made using a debit or credit card, and by Klarna.
For Click and Collect orders, if you wish to pay at the time of collection we accept credit and debit cards, cash, cheques and credit finance through Klarna.
Klarna Buy Now Pay Later payments are available online and in store. Options include Pay in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments, Pay in 30 Days, and interest-free credit finance for up to 36 months (monthly payments for 12, 24 or 36 months). Please ensure you are comfortable with the terms and conditions of the Buy Now Pay Later payment options before completing your order.

Shipping and Handling
UK only. Delivery charges:
- Cycles: £30
- Frames, wheels and forks: £10.00
- Accessories, clothing and components: £4.00 per order

Delivery for orders from more than one category will be charged at the higher rate (e.g. a wheel and an item of clothing is £10.00).
Our aim is to send the goods as quickly as possible.
Delivery is normally completed within 2-4 days, though this can not be guaranteed.
For out of stock items, and during busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
The vast majority of goods are sent by Royal Mail, Yodel Direct or Evri services, depending on the size of the parcel.
You will be notified of the method of delivery and tracking number, if there is one, at the time of dispatch.

Click and Collect orders have no delivery charge. Please ensure you select Click and Collect on the checkout page if you wish to use this facility.

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 20%.

Back Orders
We will notify you of any products temporarily out of stock, and in this event you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase of those items. You may decide to remove the items from your order or keep them on "back order". We will advise you when such items are likely to become available.

If you wish to complain
Please contact us through the contacts page or phone us. In the event of a genuine complaint we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.
If there's a problem with the supply of goods or services and you have been unable to settle it to your satisfaction through negotiation with us, then you are entitled to use an authorised alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") scheme. See The Retail Ombudsman online dispute resolution platform.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us.
We will replace or refund any item provided that it is returned in an unused and saleable condition in its original packaging.
We will replace or refund faulty goods only upon our inspection and agreement that the item is faulty. The customer is liable for the costs of returning the item and for the delivery of the replacement item where applicable.
Please remember to include a copy of your original sales receipt.

Price and Availability
Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any item that has been listed at an incorrect price.
Finally, please bear in mind that Ken Ellerker Cycles is a shop, not a large multinational conglomerate with unlimited resources. Thus, though we try to keep the website as up to date as we can, prices and availability may vary from shown. We will contact you if we have a problem with your order in this regard.
