| Description | The adjustable-width MIK (Mounting is Key) Adapter Plate mounts easily to most racks, giving you all the benefits of MIK's unique keyed install system. This adapter allows you to secure MIK-compatible bags to your rack to help deter theft, while ensuring it's still easy for you to remove them when you need to. Hardware included. This carrier plate allows you to attach any accessory fitted with an MIK adapter to your luggage carrier (100-170mm width) in as little as one second. Once fitted, it's as simple as clicking your accessory into place. Compatible accessories include trunk bags (rack packs) such as the Bontrager MIK Commuter Boot Bag, pannier bags like the Bontrager MIK Commuter Double Pannier Bags, luggage baskets and even dog baskets! - Adds MIK compatibility to traditional bike racks - Securely mounts with just four bolts - Fits on any luggage carrier with rails of between 8 and 16mm diameter and a width of between 100 and 170mm  MIK - Mounting is Key - compatibility allows you to mount MIK boot bags or accessories securely and in seconds. MIK racks and bags feature a unique keyed installation system that locks your bags to your rack to prevent theft but still makes it easy to remove them when you need to.
