Thor's HammerThe double-butted, cold-drawn, seamless Mjolnir chromoly tubeset forms the bedrock of the Vagabond's incredibly durable and sublimely comfortable frame.  Dropped StayA new dropped seat stay design is shared with the Croix De Fer to aid vertical compliance on rough trails. This new rear triangle configuration adds comfort and allows you to stay seated for longer, conserving energy for the fun bits.  Volume UpWith tyre clearance for full-fat 2.35" mountain bike tyres, the Vagabond evolves into a fun, modern, monstercross machine. Voluptuous 2.35" Maxxis Ikon tubeless ready tyres mounted to 35mm Amplitude G120 wheels make for a comfortable and capable ride on any terrain.  Super Low!Boost 148mm rear axle spacing opens the door to mountain bike drivetrains. These super-low ratios offer up gradient conquering capability, even with a full load. No excuses!  Gravel GroupThe Vagabond 10 delivers a massive gear range thanks to the microSHIFT Sword drivetrain. Featuring MTB-like ratios with an 11-48T cassette and 34T chainring, this bike can conquer any climb.  Mounts GaloreWith increased frame space comes vast mounting options. The Vagabond can carry an extraordinary quantity of bottles. Or, bottle placement can be customised to work efficiently around a frame bag. Anything Cage mounts on the fork legs, top tube mounts and rear rack mounts further expand carrying capacity. If you fill a Vagabond, you've packed too much...  Renowned PowerTRP SPYRE dual piston actuation design brakes combine the easy maintenance of a mechanical brake with the improved lever feel and stopping power from a hydraulic system. Now equipped with a 180mm front brake rotor and 160mm rear for even more control. Wait! There's More... As "gravel" diversifies further, technology begins to trickle in from mountain bikes as well as skinnier bikes. The Vagabond features a tapered head tube and corrected geometry to accommodate a 40-50mm travel gravel suspension fork (the rigid fork's axle-crown dimension is 429mm if you're wondering). Furthermore, the Vagabond can accept an internally actuated dropper seatpost.  |
